They did what I asked them to do and I don't have any complaints. 12/19/2016

Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning did an inspection for me at a location and they showed up and did what I asked them to do and they were on time and quite friendly and I didn't have any complaints about them. So, I had no actual service outside of the diagnosis that they did, which was good. They showed up on time and did what I needed and they made their diagnosis and then gave me a quotation. It was pretty straight forward and I don't have any complaints. more

A Company That Provides Quality Service & Beyond 12/6/2016

At the time that I was building my house 12 years ago I was getting wood flooring installed and the temperature had to be a certain range before installation; so I contacted Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning to put in an air conditioning and furnace unit. It was such a short noticed, however they were out by night time to install the units so that the next day the floors could be installed properly. They even turned on the temperature for me since I wasn't present; I definitely would considered this action of going above and beyond. And so just recently, they replaced some components that had blown out. They are also responsible for the yearly maintenance involving both my air conditioning unit and furnace. Prices are fine. more

I love their club program! 12/2/2016

I like the fact that Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning has a club that you can pay a certain amount a month for and get added benefits. The club membership includes them coming out twice a year to service the units, and if you have to call them anytime in between those two visits they give you service discounts. They also show up right away when you are a club member which is just great. It is definitely worth it and I just love my club membership! more

Excellent Technicians and Results 12/1/2016

I used the phone book to find Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning. We have hired them to come out to check out our units. They have also done an assessment of our heat ducts to make sure that we are getting the kind of heat that we are supposed to be getting. We also had trouble with the exhaust motor and switch and switched out the fan to get it back operating again. So far, I have interacted with two technicians who were excellent and confident; even the the president of the company came out once to make sure things were functioning as they should. I would recommend this company. more

I've Had A Good Experience 10/24/2016

I did an internet search for Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning and gave them a call. The secretary was very courteous; she listened to my needs and since it was an evening call the secretary set the appointment up for the next day in the morning. They are always professional and respond immediately. The technician was prompt and as always they fixed the problem - never any hassles or issues with Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning. I would recommend this company. more

We found Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning through a search on the internet. We needed our air conditioning unit fixed and they were the only one who could make it out to us that day. The guy was great, very professional. He replaced the unit and did a great job. We would highly recommend this company. more

My experience with Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning was great. The guy came to my home, arriving on time, and replaced a couple of fans up in my attic. We are very happy with the work he did. He was nice and very professional. The quality of the product was good and the price was very reasonable. We are using the fans right now and they work great. I would use them again and also recommend them to others. more

Quick Service and Fair Prices 8/25/2016

I found Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning in the phone book. They always do minor repairs and replacement for my central air unit. The technicians are professional, they come as quickly as they can which is better than most places. Prices are okay; and once they fix something it stays fixed. I'm always recommending this company to other people. more

Knowledgeable and pleased with the service 7/28/2016

They changed the coil on my AC that is cooling fine now. It was the very first time I had ever used Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning--and I will go back. It didn't seem like anything stood out as spectacular, but the level of service they provided is what I would expect from a good company. They were attentive and took care of everything. more

Fair Prices and Easy to Work With 7/26/2016

I've been interacting with Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning for about 4-5 years. They've repaired my AC and heater units very successfully. This company says and does what they say they're going to do; and if there's any problems they'll come back out and check out the issue and fix it. Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning are very easy to work with. Prices are fair. more

Jackson Heating and Air has great service. They come out in an emergency and they come out for regular service with efficiency and dependability. The only problem I have is that I have requested many times to get a bill online since I have the Gold membership and need to know when it is time to pay. They have failed to provide the bill. But that is a minor thing. They are very reliable and I appreciate their great service. more
