It was fine 6/23/2016

The AC went out and Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning responded quickly after I had to call them. They came out in about two hours and got my AC back again. It's working good now. The technician was good and the company's fine, and that's why I always use them. I had an excellent experience. more

A Professional Company 6/22/2016

I've been using Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning for years and I continue to give them my business because they're a good company. They checked the outside and attic units and refilled the antifreeze to solve the issue I was having with my units. Everything turned out great. I am pleased with Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning. more

On time and professional. 5/25/2016

Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning came in and they were on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had some questions about the maintenance of the new AC unit they installed and they had great advice on how to keep it up for longer. They replaced my outside unit and also my air unit in the attic. They were great, very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them. more

They always took good care of things for my disabled father. 5/5/2016

We've had a real good experience with Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning. They are real good because every time we have problems, they are right here to service it. See, I don't know exactly for how long we've been using them since the problem is that my father hired them originally and he passed away so now that I got the house, I live here and they still come and do the service for me, but I don't really know how long ago they started coming. I'm guessing it's probably at least 7 or 8 years. I'm not sure, it could be even longer. My father was disabled and I had to come help a lot and whenever I came, Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning were always here taking care of things. My father had an ongoing contract with them for the AC and heating unit. more

Excellent Service 4/27/2016

We've been using Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning for about 6 years now. Service is prompt, the employees are respectful and informative. Over the years Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning has done several things for us over the years. Such in cleaning out our heat and air system, replaced parts, and they've also recommend installing an overhead switch. Prices are fair. more

Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning has been taking care of my heating and air conditioning for the past 20-25 years. I always call them any time I need something done, and I know I don't have to worry about it. They are always on time, every time, and they always do a great job. I have stayed with them for so long because they are reliable and I really like their service. All of them provide excellent service; any person they send over does a fantastic job. Their prices are great and I highly recommend them! more

We have been going to the guys over at Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning for a long time now because they are simply the best. Whether we are buying a new unit, or just getting some maintenance done they are always courteous and helpful. They are always on time and they do the work or installation in a very reasonable and efficient time frame. Their prices are a little bit higher, but for the quality of service and expertise you are getting it is more than worth it. We would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone because they are seriously just that good. more

The Best In West Tennessee 3/29/2016

In 2014 Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new unit because the other unit was broken. The response time was great and the guys took care of the problem immediately! Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning had to come out to my home a second time to fix something and because I was under warranty, I wasn't charged for the second visit. Prices are extremely fair. more

Couldn't ask for anything more. 3/23/2016

Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my furnace the indoor unit and also replaced my condensing unit they're very professional, they got in and out in a very short amount of time. I couldn't ask for anything better. It was my first time using them and they showed up on time, they were very caring about the property and didn't want leave ruts in the yard or anything of that nature. I would definitely recommend them to others. more

Very satisfied, honest company. 3/22/2016

We had Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning come out to check our AC, we thought it was going to have to be replaced and they could have said we needed a new one but they were able to clean it and get it back in working order. We were very satisfied with everything they did. Even though our AC is older they didn't try to get more money out of us then necessary. more
