Easy In, Easy Out 5/9/2013

I went to these guys because they were the closest to me. I didn't know what to expect as per the norm when dealing with repaimen. But I was very pleased with the help I got. It started with the girl up front, she was pleasent and told me to wait. The repair guy came up and after a short time talking with went to the back and grabbed the exact part I needed. I was in and out! As a guy, I appreciate the quick responce and service. \r \r Thanks Jackson Repair. I thought the customer service was kind. The repair took less than an hour and the guy was freindly. I had to put this review up because of the bad review here. Someone said they gave up. I'd rather have them stop than continue to try for another 3 hours. Rude and Unprofessional 6/15/2011

Dispatcher first kept rudely interrupting then just hung up on me as I tried to explain unique situation re: washing machine hoses that tech should know of beforehand. I immediately called back but no answer. Website gives no info how I can talk w/owner-manager. Seems this dispatcher, most unprofessional, controls all. Must be a sign there's a better place to give my business and money to; you, too! more

They threw in the towel! 5/6/2011

What kind of a business gives up? You would think you'd want to solve the problem and LEARN from it! Yes, I was offered my $49 service call back. That is IF I got Sears to come out. Imagine that! Jackson Appliance Service sending me to a COMPETITOR! Jackson Appliance Service threw in the towel. Gary was somewhat terse and treated me as a bother. This is why people are no longer fooling with repair services. It's a throw away society. I debated just getting a new dryer and tossing this one before calling these folks. Forget you Gary! We'll let this dryer die and then just get a new one. (I HATE dealing with Jackson! Just about every business seems to be "New York rude!") more

A very friendly and helpful owner will sell you the parts you need for a repair of an appliance and advise on how to install the part. They also offer Service and Repair at a reasonable price. more
