I thought the customer service was kind. The repair took less than an hour and the guy was freindly. I had to put this review up because of the bad review here. Someone said they gave up. I'd rather have them stop than continue to try for another 3 hours. That would be aweful, paying 150 bucks and not getting the repair done. \r
