Dispatcher first kept rudely interrupting then just hung up on me as I tried to explain unique situation re: washing machine hoses that tech should know of beforehand. I immediately called back but no answer. Website gives no info how I can talk w/owner-manager. Seems this dispatcher, most unprofessional, controls all. Must be a sign there's a better place to give my business and money to; you, too!
