Jacks towing is fantastic! They rescued my husband and children from the Cal Expo parking lot for a fair price, and I would definitely call them again, and refer them to anyone who needs services they offer. more

I waited 3 hours at a gas station on richards blvd for them to show up. They told me ""Oh only 30min! 30mins!"" Finally 3 hours later a driver shows up, but it was to late because I ended up flagging down a tow truck and he had me hooked up and ready to go in 3min NOT 3HRS! No wonder these guys lost their AAA contract, because they can't get there on TIME! more

Jack?s provided me with excellent service and the driver was clean cut and professional. Their response time was rignt on time and my vehicle was transported safely. They did everything they said they would and they charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. No surprises! I was a little nervous and skeptical, being the first time I ever used a tow service but I will be happy to use this company if the need ever calls again!!! Thanks. more

While on my way to work last night one of my tires went flat. When i got out to see what the problem was i locked my keys in my truck. The gentleman from Jack?s Towing was there in about 10 minutes, had my truck unlocked within seconds, and very quickly changed my tire. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of quality roadside assistance at a fair price! more

I left my office for a meeting and when I got into my car and it was leaning to the side. I have a flat. I was not about to change the tire and get dirty so I called my secretary to call a tow truck and I reminded her whoever she called, explain to them the situation, that I need to get moving. Now, I have use other tow companies before, and my experiences were horrific, and I was perturbed of the though of calling one, but this time the service was extraordinary. The driver arrived in less than ten minutes and when he stepped out of his truck, he greeted me with a smile and acted very professional. From that point on, I was relieved. He knew exactly what to do, from the appearance and way he handled his equipment. The moment he jacked up my car to placing the flat into the trunk, he cared as I would, and most importantly, I was not late for my appointment. Anyone that is in need of road service, I highly recommend Jack?s Towing. more

My car broke down Sunday night in West Sacramento. I called my friend to ask if he could help. He suggested I parked off the side of the road, go home and he will come back with me in the morning to he me fix my car. The next morning he is sick, and my car ended up sitting there for three days. We finally get there and guess what, I parked in a red zone and my car is gone. The police had called Jack?s Towing to tow my car away and the bill is almost $400.00. I explaining to the people at Jack?s that I?m a single mother of two, laid off (state employee) and it will take a week for me to get enough money to pay the bill but the storage fee is per day and the bill goes up every day. Making a long story short, they charge me a total of $75.00, and let my friend fixed my car there. Despite the circumstances, I definitely recommend Jack?s Towing. These people have a heart. more

These people are beyond poor service. As stated they created $1500 worth of damage using a metal bar and hard plastic wedge denting both doors! Paint chipping, scratching and now my passenger door won't shut all the way. They are fighting the payment to damages and won't send me a check for damage estimates even AFTER they sent their own appraiser who verified that the damage was created by them. BE WARNED stay away from these people unless you want a severe headache. I am calling AAA to make sure they no longer recommend these shabby people to good customers. BBB gets a call as well. I will never use Jack's Towing after they took me for $500 trying to move a 4o foot cargo container with a 26 foot flat bed for hauling cars. The driver didn't even get out of the drive way. He got stuck due to the container being too heavy. He even had my friend trying to drive his truck and my friend doesn't have a driver license. I told him to forget the job and unload the container I knew it wouldn't make the 85mile trip where the roads were muddy. He would not listen and kept trying to get his truck out of the drive way. He argued with me. I had to call a company who speacializes in towing containers. Until that driver showed up and told him to unload he couldn't haul the container he refused. Then tld me his time was money and charged me $500 full price ($125 an hr Cons: don't care about customer ervice, rude, don't know their job more

As a former employee for jacks towing I can say there are both good and bad things to say, needless to say there are a lot of things that may need improving but, with the staff size etc. the costs that everything are, they are doing the best they can with what they have. While they showed up very quickly via Pep Boy's call, the driver seemed to struggle to be polite. I thought maybe he is just very shy and appears unfriendly. I might have written that off, had he not slapped everything on without checking it to be sure it was secure and then flew out of the driveway smashing the tail end of my car very very hard. He must have known he was in trouble because he squealed away at high speed before I could stop him and check for damage. I had to call Pep Boys to have them look on my behalf. During a tow, our car was dropped due to an improper placement of the tow, the driver admitted his wrong doing at the time of the accident. Incident report filed by employee and now the owner and business managers have refused to give us their Insurance Info. Owner refusing to discuss having a third party do the body work. He only wants his tow truck in-house body man to do the work. I've made to Office Mgr/owner -over 45 calls to office to discuss. Always in meetings-unwilling to provide insurance info or talk about a compromise. Owner/office managers are unethical, unprofessional, and generally slimey. Let's hope if you do use them you have a strong insurance company. more

I do not recommend Jack's towing to anyone, very unprofessional and you may find a lack of integrity here. I was told that the locksmith was not going to come fix my car because it was too hot outside. I have heard many complaints about this company being an employee that contracts with them and never did I thought poor service would occur with a contracting companies employee. It's sad that we partner with them and hope to see in the future we don't. I would have for our customers to think less of our company because of the contractors we carry. more
