Review content:
While they showed up very quickly via Pep Boy's call, the driver seemed to struggle to be polite. I thought maybe he is just very shy and appears unfriendly. I might have written that off, had he not slapped everything on without checking it to be sure it was secure and then flew out of the driveway smashing the tail end of my car very very hard. He must have known he was in trouble because he squealed away at high speed before I could stop him and check for damage. I had to call Pep Boys to have them look on my behalf. I will not use these people again! Do not use them!
