My car broke down Sunday night in West Sacramento. I called my friend to ask if he could help. He suggested I parked off the side of the road, go home and he will come back with me in the morning to he me fix my car. The next morning he is sick, and my car ended up sitting there for three days. We finally get there and guess what, I parked in a red zone and my car is gone. The police had called Jack?s Towing to tow my car away and the bill is almost $400.00. I explaining to the people at Jack?s that I?m a single mother of two, laid off (state employee) and it will take a week for me to get enough money to pay the bill but the storage fee is per day and the bill goes up every day. Making a long story short, they charge me a total of $75.00, and let my friend fixed my car there. Despite the circumstances, I definitely recommend Jack?s Towing. These people have a heart.
