i don't even want to give a star, but i have to. they are terrible!! i moved into an apartment which (i am young and therefore..gullible with this) when i was viewing it i noticed...

Michelle is the best 10/22/2013

Michelle took the time 10/10/2013

My husband was away,I did not want to get it fixed if I was to be charged for it.Michelle took the time to look at the pictures on file and got back to me confirming that it was normal wear and tear and that we would not be charged for the visit. more

I wanted to let you know of the excellent service we have received from Michelle Evans over the past 4-5 months.She is very helpful and efficient.She strikes me as being concerned about resolving problems with empathy, and has made an effort to do more than was required. more

I am the owner of a home this company rents out don't use these people they don't care about your property. I complained about the way our yard was taken care of nothing was ever taken care of.\r \r All they want is their money and not a care in the world about you and yours. \r \r The manager is all talk and NO action. You would have better luck talking to the wall. Just tells you what you want to hear you walk out the door he is done with you more
