i don't even want to give a star, but i have to. they are terrible!! i moved into an apartment which (i am young and therefore..gullible with this) when i was viewing it i noticed...

I appreciate all of your hard work in the marketing department. You were all over it. This was 400% more advertising than what was conducted the first few times it was on the market over the past 4 years. Great utilization of essentially free marketing tools. I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth on the advertising fee this time. You were always responsive and supportive of bigger, better, and more. The proactive approach was awesome. more

I wanted to let you know how well Julie Davis has done. Over the last year she has helped me purchase an additional rental property through y'all, managed tenant turnover, repairs, and a whole slew of my questions. Most recently she's been extremely proactive in helping get my property back on the market for rent, and reached out to me to explore / discuss best options on making some repairs. I've been very impressed and thankful for her high level of proactive customer service, knowledge of the market, and integrity. She's very much an asset to JWC and investors like myself. more
