JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I absolutely love this place. <3 I do almost every craft, so they always have supplies I need, and the staff are super nice. Plus, being on their free mailing list, you get lots of coupons, which is great considering I'm not made of money. Also, just to say, the one star review is really undeserved. :( I'm sure they believed the woman about her purchase, but stores have regulations, and there aren't exceptions just because something was inexpensive. Basically, if you want to make a return ANYWHERE, bring your receipt. It's common sense. ;) The employees and the manager have been nothing but kind to me! And the store has a wonderful selection, and everything is usually in it's right spots. It's a winner in my book! more

I have always gotten great stuff here and good prices! But when I bought a beading tool that did not work and tried to return it a couple of days later, the manager would not do the return without a receipt. She would have to refund the item at 50 percent off. This was a difference of about 1.50, but I was really offended that they would not take my word for it that I only got it at the current 30% discount. The clerks had to explain that people sometimes buy stuff at discounted cost and then return it at full price. But we were talking about 1.50! They made me feel like a liar and a cheat. The manager refused to talk with me and just kept relaying the information to the frontline staff who were very nice. I stopped shopping there for a long, long time after that and let the company know that for $1.50 they lost someone who spent a lot of money there. When I located the receipt I brought it back and walked out for the last time. Fortunately Michael's is open in the area. I more

I do A LOT of crafts and this place has it all. I love it because of the fabrics! They do not have it all but if you ask sometimes they are able to order it through there company! Nice Staff more

This Jo Ann's is the best in the area. They had almost everything I would need from a fabric & craft stores. They're not as big as a Hobby Lobby store (midwest area), but it's the next best thing. more

This store is stocked well. Fabric varity is good especially for quilting. Great supply of craft items like jewelry, yarns, art, memory books, and stamping. more
