I absolutely love this place. <3 I do almost every craft, so they always have supplies I need, and the staff are super nice. Plus, being on their free mailing list, you get lots of coupons, which is great considering I'm not made of money.
Also, just to say, the one star review is really undeserved. :( I'm sure they believed the woman about her purchase, but stores have regulations, and there aren't exceptions just because something was inexpensive. Basically, if you want to make a return ANYWHERE, bring your receipt. It's common sense. ;) The employees and the manager have been nothing but kind to me! And the store has a wonderful selection, and everything is usually in it's right spots. It's a winner in my book!
