I have always gotten great stuff here and good prices! But when I bought a beading tool that did not work and tried to return it a couple of days later, the manager would not do the return without a receipt. She would have to refund the item at 50 percent off. This was a difference of about 1.50, but I was really offended that they would not take my word for it that I only got it at the current 30% discount. The clerks had to explain that people sometimes buy stuff at discounted cost and then return it at full price. But we were talking about 1.50! They made me feel like a liar and a cheat. The manager refused to talk with me and just kept relaying the information to the frontline staff who were very nice. I stopped shopping there for a long, long time after that and let the company know that for $1.50 they lost someone who spent a lot of money there. When I located the receipt I brought it back and walked out for the last time. Fortunately Michael's is open in the area. I
