Great. Service 4/10/2014

Kyle arrived on time and proceeded to take his time and do an outstanding job. I've had a number of companies clean my carpets but this was the first for our henredon sofas. He was meticulous in making sure all our pet stains were removed. After he was finished I regretted not using JCs Chem Dry to clean our area rug instead of Coit. more

My carpet is 18 years old and still looks new. When my guests ask how I keep it looking so new I say JC Chem Dry does it! more

I've used ChemDry for years and when I got a postcard showing new owners I didn't know what to expect but I gave them a shot. Very glad I did. Same great service and professionalism as before. more

Perfect for kids and pets!!! 12/10/2013

Kyle has cleaned our carpets a few times now and never disappoints. I have 3 children and 2 dogs, and it is not always easy to keep everyone off of carpets for many hours at a time in order for them to dry. I don't have to worry about this when using JC's Chem-Dry because the carpet dries SO fast. Kyle has actually talked me out of a product that I *thought* that I needed, as he didn't think that it would help me. Most places would talk you into it, even if they knew it wouldn't be beneficial, just so they could make money off of you! Looking forward to having them cleaned again for the holidays next week! more

He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.. Kyle explained what he would do, what we could expect the results to be, and he exceeded our expectations! The carpets looks great and dried fairly quickly. A very good experience! more

We decided to try JC's on a whim, after finding that the company we had used for years, started slacking. We wanted to try something different & a friend recommended JC's. We are SO glad we tried them!! Not only is their customer service top notch- our carpets haven't been this clean in years! Their product is amazing and we will never use anyone else!! more

Great Job! 9/6/2013

I had my whole house cleaned which included 5 rooms, two large rugs and a staircase. They look so clean I don't want to walk on them! With two boys and very large hairy dog, I didn't think they would ever look this good. Kyle did a fantastic job, was very professional and arrived on time. Thanks so much! more

Do NOT use this company 6/7/2013

We had two rugs cleaned by this company, one was fine but the other rug is ruined. It has brown spots all over it! We have been dealing the owner for over 5 weeks to fix the problem and he has not called us back, refuses to address the problem, and has made non attempt to let us know what the next step is.. There is apparently no next step so we will have to access the legal system to get our rug replaced. I would not trust this company! RESPONSE FROM JC's Chem-Dry: We are following up on this rug with the O'Briens and taking it to a nationally recognized specialist [at our cost] to have it cleaned and processed. Since this review will automatically post before we get the rug back, we are hoping Mr. O'Brien might consider revising his comments and wait for the final results before posting them. more

We've used JC's Chem-Dry for carpet cleaning and grout/stone sealing. The workers have always been courteous, consciencious and professional. They want to be sure taht we're satisfies with the work they preform. more

Above and Beyond in EVERY catagory 8/10/2012

Kyle just left after doing a PURT service at my House. I just wanted to let you know he did an OUTSTANDING job, was very professional, polite, and answered all my questions I had about what he was doing, and how the system works. I am very impressed and will be using you again to clean and seal my tile, and clean the rest of the house. Should have chosen to use your services long ago. Thank you! more
