Review content:
We had two rugs cleaned by this company, one was fine but the other rug is ruined. It has brown spots all over it! We have been dealing the owner for over 5 weeks to fix the problem and he has not called us back, refuses to address the problem, and has made non attempt to let us know what the next step is.. There is apparently no next step so we will have to access the legal system to get our rug replaced. I would not trust this company!
RESPONSE FROM JC's Chem-Dry:
We are following up on this rug with the O'Briens and taking it to a nationally recognized specialist [at our cost] to have it cleaned and processed. Since this review will automatically post before we get the rug back, we are hoping Mr. O'Brien might consider revising his comments and wait for the final results before posting them.
