We use your services often. It would be great if your loyal customers received a special discount or added extra. You always show up on time. Always listen to any issues and see what can be done to help. Cost is reasonable considering the great job you do on our carpets. You've have been cleaning our carpets for the last 4 1/2 years and will always clean our carpets. more

Dana was geat. He was personable, clear, and helpful as we worked through what can be done and needed to be done. He mentioned serveral additional items but never "sold" them to me. In the end I ended up going with the recommendations because he was very knowledgeable about the benfits The carpets looked great when he was done. more

Dana, our technician was prompt, professional and did a great job cleaning our tile and grout. He showed that he cared about the work he was doing which is a huge plus for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Their prices are a little high but they do great work! more

I had JC's Chem Dry come in to clean the carpets, the upholstery, and do some leather restoration. It was wonderful. The carpets are 10 years old, and they look brand new. I have dogs, so they used a special stain remover because my dogs had some accidents. All the stains and odors are out. The upholstery looks great. I have a sectional couch and ottoman, and they looks wonderful. This is the second time I have used them. They are very professional and come right when they have their appointment. If they are going to be a few minutes late they will call. I have recommended them to several friends. more

We are not afraid to leave the techs at our house, they are always polite, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. We got a new puppy and needless to say...we had stains through out the house. JC's Chem Dry got every stain out! more
