We rented for 2 years. Very on top of things' friendly and professional and hard workers. If I had to give a suggestion I would say when I called to get something done, there was not a problem... they were there. more

Good: Absolutely nothing. Take your money and go elsewhere.. Bad: The fact that I was lied to about everything. From utility costs to the condition of the apartment. This place is falling apart and you get charged for everything. 60 dollars cause the faucet broke, 35 because the A/C went out and it is not your fault. Can't wait to see what I get charged for next. I pay more money for charges than I do for rent.. Improvements: Fire the entire staff and start over. Send them to some basic people skills classes. Better accounting and book keeping skills because they lose rent more often than they take it. Better properties, you can hear everything through the walls and speaking of walls, you can't even hang pictures up without approval.. Other: I don't like being talked to like I am some uneducated moron. I really appreciate being under the microscope for everything that goes wrong with the property.. more

They are by far the worst place to EVER rent from. Every few months they will "claim" they didn't receive the payment for the month before especially if we paid cash and we will have to prove that yes it was paid. Not only that but one of the months when they "lost" our receipt they sent out on eviction notice within 2 weeks of the due date. Even though we had in fact paid them. They are rude and have very poor customer service skills. They tried to charge me $300 when my mom's dog had come over to my apt building even though the dog did not live there. They refuse to compromise or listen to reason. If I were to recommend anyplace it would be AcarCambell. They are how a realty place should be. But, any place is better than Investment Realty. more

I wish there was such thing as No Stars as well. They are definitely liars and scams. They charge you a deposit and say they clean the carpets, paint, etc. when I know for a fact that they did not b/c once i moved in my feet would turn black when i walked around barefoot. They are saying that I have to resign my lease 2 1/2 months before my lease is up or else they're going to start showing my place. I have NOTHING but bad from people about this company so if you have ANY choice in the matter DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. Go through somewhere else such as rolla-rentals.com, century 21, Scottsvale apts, etc. Good luck! more

these people blow. I'd rather pay $100 more a month not to rent from these morons. They are trying to make me renew my lease 3 months BEFORE it is up. I'll be moving to a new apartment soon... more

Good: nothing. they deserve no stars. Also, they lie about the cost of utilities. When I moved in they said my electric bill would be about 100 a month. I have been freezing my ass off with the heat set at 60 all winter and my bill is still 300 a month.. Bad: I am in the military, they are making use of the soldiers and sailors very difficult. MO law says I only have to notify them of lease termination 15 days prior to my moving. They are telling me that it's 30 days and that I have to pay an entire months rent to be in the space for 2 days. They also say I have to pay the utilities for the entire month too. That way when they come and clean the apartment it's on my dime. I have hired a lawer. None of their "laws" are actually laws.. Improvements: repair apartments between tenenants, don't charge me 75$ a month for lawn maintenence when I dont have a lawn.. Other: These realitors blow. They don't repair things, and when they do they charge you for it. They frequently come into the apartment with out notifying you, and leaving the lights on. I have complained several times about my stuff being rifled through, but they have done nothing.. more

Investment gives Rolla a bad name. If i wasn't stuck in a lease i can't get out of, i would rent from any other person in town ZERO STARS more
