I have lived in my current home for 10+ years and wasn't sure I wanted to sell for a number of reasons...I loved my home, the market is bad and I wasn't sure I would find a house I liked. We found a home we liked but we still weren't sure we were ready to move. I knew houses weren't selling very easily and was scared to carry two mortgages. Mike Woessner was the agent we contacted to help us sort through everything. To make a long story short we were able to sell our house in less than a week and were on our way to buying a new home we loved. My experience with Mike and Investment Realty was top notch. There was NEVER a time that I didn't get an almost immediate call back if Mike was unavaliable when I called. I sincerely felt they he treated us as if we were part of his family and that he wanted nothing more than for this experience to be a nice one. The process was seamless and that was because we had an agent who cared and who knew what he was doing. The most amazing thing to me is that Mike and Investment Realty works major deals in the area (ie. Kohls) and yet I felt we were his most important account. God certainly blessed us throughout all of this and that includes our experience with Investment Realty. more

We had a lease on an apartment with this company. The apartment was at 1204 N. Pine Street and looked decent when we first toured it. However, upon inspection, we found that the stove had not been moved away from the cabinets in a very long time. There was 1/2 inch of old grease between the stove and the cabinet, when I opened the stove top I saw dried food and dead roaches. Behind the stove were two holes in the concrete walls stuffed with Walmart bags. A live black widow spider was found by the baseboard heater and the roaches were so thick that they had left black trails on the walls of the apartment in the mortar gaps between the cinder blocks. They charged us 1/2 month's rent to terminate our lease after we had had possession for less than 24 hours and had spent 4 hours trying to clean. I would certainly be VERY cautious if I were renting in Rolla from anyone. Move the appliances and check for cleanliness!!! more

The maintenance crew have always helped when I have had a problem. I had never rented before so I like that. I hope I am a good tenant!! I try to take care as if this were my own house. more

I have lived here 1 year and 5 months. Up to this date I have no complaints. When I call for someone to come fix something, they are there in ample time. So far, so good. Up to this date, I have GREAT neighbors in the other duplex apt. more

I have only great things to say about Investment Realty. When I moved here in 2010 from TX, and needed to find a place fast. I went straight to Investment Realty. Their agents are all very friendly and helpful. They were able to help my daughter and I find just the right place for the right price! Although I am only renting now, in the near future I will be using Investment Realty to help with purchasing a home. more

They are rude and lie about paid rent. Keep every reciept! It is a good thing that we did! They tried to say we didn't pay and then tried to charge us an overdue fee when we paid on time! Then they tried to argue with the reciept we had! They also showed our apartment three months before our lease is up which is illegal by the way!! They are rude and only gave us a ten minute notice before they decided to come! Worst Place Ever!!! more
