They are by far the worst place to EVER rent from. Every few months they will "claim" they didn't receive the payment for the month before especially if we paid cash and we will have to prove that yes it was paid. Not only that but one of the months when they "lost" our receipt they sent out on eviction notice within 2 weeks of the due date. Even though we had in fact paid them. They are rude and have very poor customer service skills. They tried to charge me $300 when my mom's dog had come over to my apt building even though the dog did not live there. They refuse to compromise or listen to reason. If I were to recommend anyplace it would be AcarCambell. They are how a realty place should be. But, any place is better than Investment Realty.
