Any time we have reported a problem assistance has been prompt and thorough. On one occasion when we were gone for a few days, a freeze and thaw resulted in a leak in our basement. The problem was discovered and corrected before we returned home. We feel free to call the maintenance people at any time. We appreciate the availability of the club house for various group meetings - like the pot luck dinners. more

Everyday I feel very fotunate that I have a place like Wellington to live. If I need medical help all I have to do is push a button, if I need something done at the house all I need to do is make a phone call. I enjoy the monthly activities at the club house. I feel safe and secure here. I really appreciate all the friendship from all the people at Inv. Realty Inc. and the way you treat and take care of us. Thank you. more

The grounds and buildings are immaculate. When needed, the repairing or replacing of items, both inside and outside, are done promptly. The whole area is attractive. It is a pleasure to live here. more

Quiet neighborhood, well kept grounds, if repairs are needed - taken care of ASAP. Rent on the high side for Rolla, but OK. more

Just wanted to let you guys know that I paid the rest of the rent, plus the $50.00 late charge. And I appreciate the fact that you guys are patient with me. I know you are running a business, but you aren't on my hind-end when I am late and it is appreciated. Would be great to be able to generate rent every month with no problems, but sometimes it doesn't happen that way in this day and age:) So thanks. more

WONDERFUL 1/25/2011

Life at Kensington Park is WONDERFUL. The owner, manager, and maintenance staff maintain a safe and beautiful place to enjoy our retirement years. We enjoy the social activities provided by the management and the access to the club house for our personal enjoyment with family and friends. If we could change one thing, it would be to have mail delivery to our door. Perhaps the Postal Service will not allow this. However, on one icy winter afternoon, Curt Baxter, the owner, got our mailbox key and hand-delivered our mail because he 'didin't want anyone to fall on the ice'. Now that, along with everything else, rates 5 gold stars!! more

Love my Place 12/30/2010

I came from California and needed an apt. My mothre suggested Investment Realty because of the people and service. I got a 2 bedroom and love it. I've had 3 issues ( water drip, Dishwasher, and needed hot water temp increased) each time service was completed same day. Wow! Great Service! In California, I lived in places where the landlord never fixed a thing and hassled you all the time if you needed something fixed. Everyone I talk to only speaks with the highest regards about Investment realty and the Quality of service. Now I too can vouch for Investment realty. Quality and Service 5 STARS. more
