Monday June 12th, Matt A arrived at my house to fix a plumbing leak from the second floor shower. Matt was very professional, informative and ensured that he did not leave a mess in my kitchen after completing the job. I would highly recommend Matt A for anyone's plumbing needs. more

Neal knew how to solve a problem (at minimal cost and no disruption) with a first generation wall hung toilet. I had several other plumbers look at it - no one else had a clue & thought the only way was to break open the stone wall which would have been a big expensive mess. Neal knew the whole history of the toilet and company! The same day, he also replaced other toilets (by first suggesting the perfect, cost effective, but solid performing choices. I'm a HUGE huge Neal fan - he's very pleasant, witty and calm. Takes pride in his work and instills confidence in the whole process - you feel taken care of. I was treated very well by everyone I dealt with at Intelligent Plumbing. I feel relieved to know that I have a great plumber and plumbing firm to call in the future and have already used him again. more

Fantastic ssrvice 10/15/2016

Neal was a terrific help with our water heater and insufficient water pressure. He explained why we were having problems and his suggested cures all worked very well. Best plumbing service we have ever had! more

Helpful, Detailed Info 3/4/2016

Neal spent a great deal of time with us on our plumping consultation. We have an older house that will require plumbing work to modernize. He talked me through the steps, gave me an estimate, and explained clearly how the process would work moving forward. Highly recommend! more

Great service from Intelligent Plumbing 8/19/2015

We received excellent service from Neal at Intelligent Plumbing. We had previously had another plumbing company come out to try to find the source of a methane smell and they didn't really do anything. Neal checked several things and gave us a reasonable course of action to follow at a fair price. Neal was very thorough and provided clear and concise information about what needed to be done. The work was done quickly and Neal made sure that there was no mess left behind. Our issue has been resolved and we highly recommend Intelligent Plumbing. more

Outstanding customer service 7/21/2015

Neal arrived within one hour of my call as promised and the problem was diagnosed quickly. Although he was not able to provide the parts necessary to fix the issue, he took the time to contact the manufacturer to provide me with contacts for authorized dealers in my area. Neal was very courteous and professional. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. more

great service! 5/6/2015

Matt called when he was going to be a little late. He fixed what I asked (running toilet) and checked out another problem we had with a slow drain in the tub. He could have said we needed to have the whole line rooted out (which would have been several hundred dollars) but instead, just cleaned the hair in the trap and that was it. Quick and much less expensive. Oh, yes, and he was polite and friendly, and covered his shoes so no dirt tracked in. more
