Neal knew how to solve a problem (at minimal cost and no disruption) with a first generation wall hung toilet. I had several other plumbers look at it - no one else had a clue & thought the only way was to break open the stone wall which would have been a big expensive mess. Neal knew the whole history of the toilet and company! The same day, he also replaced other toilets (by first suggesting the perfect, cost effective, but solid performing choices. I'm a HUGE huge Neal fan - he's very pleasant, witty and calm. Takes pride in his work and instills confidence in the whole process - you feel taken care of. I was treated very well by everyone I dealt with at Intelligent Plumbing. I feel relieved to know that I have a great plumber and plumbing firm to call in the future and have already used him again.
