Matt called when he was going to be a little late. He fixed what I asked (running toilet) and checked out another problem we had with a slow drain in the tub. He could have said we needed to have the whole line rooted out (which would have been several hundred dollars) but instead, just cleaned the hair in the trap and that was it. Quick and much less expensive. Oh, yes, and he was polite and friendly, and covered his shoes so no dirt tracked in.
