Neal arrived within one hour of my call as promised and the problem was diagnosed quickly. Although he was not able to provide the parts necessary to fix the issue, he took the time to contact the manufacturer to provide me with contacts for authorized dealers in my area. Neal was very courteous and professional. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.
