Innerline Plumbing

I contacted Innerline about a whole house water filtration unit to solve for a sulfer smell in our water. Craig Woolheater (owner) recommended an expensive alternative but hee assured me the items he recommended would solve for the smell in the water. This was in January - 8 months later, with various tests and conference calls with the manufacturer - the problem remains. I offered to pay for the installation, but asked for a refund for the items that didn't perform as promised. I paid over $3500 for all the work! Craig won't return calls in a timely manner (sometimes for days), and this company is not to be trusted in my experience. I would advise everyone to stay away! more

Innerline Plumbing was extremely professional. They handled everything with the insurance so that I didn't have to deal with that at all. They came in, did a great job, were fast, efficient, and cleaned up. I have no complaints. I was very, very pleased with the service. I had a slab leak, and they rerouted pipes. They were great. They didn't bust any floors and found a way to make it less destructive. It was wonderful. This was the first time I used Innerline Plumbing. They are a great company and they really get the job done. They are very respectful of the home while they are doing work. I would recommend them to anybody. RESPONSE FROM Innerline Plumbing: This customer had a hot water slab leak in their kitchen under expensive ceramic tile flooring. Instead of accessing the leak to make a spot repair by jackhammering through their concrete slab and ceramic tile, we isolated the water line that was leaking and abandoned it below slab and rerouted a new water line overhead. Performing this method of repair deleted a copper line that was leaking with the probability of future leaks below slab. more

I came into this plumbing problem blindly. Had replaced my hot water heater (which did not need replacing) before I was informed it was a slab leak. Innerline Plumbing was very helpful, kind and answered all my crazy questions. They were also understanding and empathized with me over the fact that I had no hot water for three weeks. They did repairs in an orderly and timely manner, cleaning up afterwards and explained everything along the way as they did it. I was very pleased with their work. more

Innerline Plumbing put in a water heater and replaced the shower faucet. They did a good job. But they had a problem getting a specific part in, which took a while. RESPONSE FROM Innerline Plumbing: We removed two existing 50 gallon tank water heaters and installed one Noritz NRC111 tankless water heater in its place. more

Everything Innerline Plumbing promised to me about the product or services, they fulfilled. What they said I would get they followed up on, and we received it. They installed a solar energy system and it has been very efficient for us. The project has helped our savings as far as our electricity bill. They thoroughly educated us about the product and the results we would see. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff was just so courteous, kind, and customer oriented. They were very professional and took care of everything in one day. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I have recommended them to family and friends. more

Our original experience in January 2011 with Innerline Plumbing was great. We went over to a tank-less water heater system. Somehow there was a glitch in our system and we didn't have water for 12 hours. They stayed to work on it, and weren't leaving until the system was fixed. It was great, they were very nice and professional. Nobody could have anticipated the issue, but they worked through it and I really appreciated that. However, at the end of their job last year, they told me that they took care of contacting the city and setting up appointments etc, but they didn't. So, when the year was coming to an end, they still hadn't done anything with the city, and I didn't want to get fined, so I called them up and said I would do it. They had to come back out here because they dropped the ball in that area. I probably would use them again, definitely yes if based on my first experience with them. RESPONSE FROM Innerline Plumbing: We did drop the ball on getting the inspection on this tankless installation. The permit was pulled for the project, but the inspection was overlooked. When the customer brought it to our attention, we scheduled the inspection and received a green tag from the city inspector. more

We got several bids on replacing two tanks or getting a new tank-less water heater installed, and most of the folks who came out gave us really high quotes or just didn't seem to know much about tank-less systems. Innerline Plumbing had good recommendations and came in and were really knowledgeable about the systems and they were confident and creative in their solutions and installed it in our attic for us. They were more interested in making it work rather than getting a fat bid. I would use them again in the future. more

I think the service with Innerline Plumbing was fine and the product is okay. They have good prices. The only issue I have is when I turn the hot water on my washer my house runs out of hot water fast. Other than that it has been good. RESPONSE FROM Innerline Plumbing: We installed a solar water heating system for this customer. We replaced their aged 40 gallon electric water heater with a new 50 gallon electric water heater as the solar storage tank and electric backup for the solar system. This is the first that I am aware of the lack of hot water when the washing machine runs. We will follow up to troubleshoot the issue. more

We first met Craig from Innerline Plumbing at a show at the big stadium. My husband is a gadget guy, so when we saw their display of solar water heaters we had to stop and check it out. I just was sure that there was no way we could afford it. Craig talked to us about how it could be affordable for us. They came out and inspected our house and then came back out and installed the water heater for us. They did a really great job setting it up in the small space provided. They had to come out a few times to do adjustments as we went along. They are so responsive, whenever questions come up, they were out there at the house on the same day, within a few hours, to tell us what the deal is. Our experience with Innerline Plumbing has been really good so far. They first started out as a referral from a former insurance company when we needed our water lines under the house, which had deteriorated, replaced. Recently, we had an issue with clogged drains, and we had another plumber in who was under warranty service. He told us that it was going to cost us another $300 to cut out a pipe and replace it. We called in Innerline and they were able to fix it, and they didn't need to cut it out. They saved us money and did a great job. We've used them several times since, and they have always done a great job, and never have had to modify our plumbing or charge us unnecessary fees. more

Innerline Plumbing did the job and got it done. I wasn't really impressed with how they did the job, but it was done. They didn't get down in the hole and dig, they kind of just stayed on the side to do it, which seemed kind of strange to me. Also, I thought they could present themselves in a more professional way. They just were out there smoking their cigarettes and taking breaks. But, like I said, they did the job. more

One of the plumbers here in the city recommended Innerline Plumbing and I chose Innerline Plumbing because they could come out the same day. They came out to fix a sewer leak. This was my first time using Innerline Plumbing and hopefully my last! more

Innerline Plumbing replaced our 27 year old gas tank water heater (yes, 27 years) with a Noritz tankless gas heater. It was not an easy job. We initially were going to get a solar supported tank heater, but in order to move it completely to the attic, we got a tankless unit. Innerline moved all the gas and water lines and controls into the attic. They put in a nice mounting area for it and moved the pipes into the wall as a courtesy so well be able to move a hallway and expand bathrooms later. They did everything we wanted, just like we wanted. We couldnt be happier with the service and the product. more

I bought a rental house in Mansfield that was built in the 1950's. The pea trap under the sink wasn't working and after my third trip to a home improvement store with no luck, I called Innerline Plumbing. I had used their services in the past, so I gave them a call and explained my problem. They were able to come out the next day. They assessed the situation and were able to finish the job, with parts they had on their truck, within thirty minutes. The only drawback, is they charge $135 an hour with a minimum of an hour, so that could get expensive. Otherwise, the service was fantastic. If the job had gone over a minimum one hour, the additional time would have been substantially less per hour. Total for the job was $143.12. more
