Review content:
Our original experience in January 2011 with Innerline Plumbing was great. We went over to a tank-less water heater system. Somehow there was a glitch in our system and we didn't have water for 12 hours. They stayed to work on it, and weren't leaving until the system was fixed. It was great, they were very nice and professional. Nobody could have anticipated the issue, but they worked through it and I really appreciated that.
However, at the end of their job last year, they told me that they took care of contacting the city and setting up appointments etc, but they didn't. So, when the year was coming to an end, they still hadn't done anything with the city, and I didn't want to get fined, so I called them up and said I would do it. They had to come back out here because they dropped the ball in that area.
I probably would use them again, definitely yes if based on my first experience with them.
RESPONSE FROM Innerline Plumbing:
We did drop the ball on getting the inspection on this tankless installation. The permit was pulled for the project, but the inspection was overlooked. When the customer brought it to our attention, we scheduled the inspection and received a green tag from the city inspector.
