I contacted Innerline about a whole house water filtration unit to solve for a sulfer smell in our water. Craig Woolheater (owner) recommended an expensive alternative but hee assured me the items he recommended would solve for the smell in the water. This was in January - 8 months later, with various tests and conference calls with the manufacturer - the problem remains. I offered to pay for the installation, but asked for a refund for the items that didn't perform as promised. I paid over $3500 for all the work! Craig won't return calls in a timely manner (sometimes for days), and this company is not to be trusted in my experience. I would advise everyone to stay away!
