Worst

In-n-out has the worst fries this side of the Mississippi. The fries are dry and have no flavor. They should make a deal with McDonald's to sell their fries with In-n-Out burgers...

Best Place Ever! 3/20/2010

It is the best fast food place. They only have burgers, fries and shakes but with how good it is who needs more. They do however have items that are not shown on the menu such as ordering your fries animal style. Really good try it. I grew up in the city where the first one ever was and when someone asks me where do I want to eat my choice is always IN-N-Out Pros: Best Burgers Cons: nothing wrong with this place more

Whenever people start talking about how horrible fast food is, I mention and champion In-N-Out, just like the book Fast Food Nation did. A non-franchised gem! Pros: Animal fries Cons: Can't get that fry smell off my fingers for a while more

Just like any other In'N Out Location, the burgers are amazing. Be sure to check out their Secret Menu. I usually order the protein burber and the animal fries. more

Heavenly burgers 11/20/2007

This In-N-Out is on the way from from the 210 to a store where I take jewelry classes, which makes it rather convenient to stop for dinner when I'm rushing to class after work. It's also great for stopping by on the way home from class on the weekend for dinner. Do I stop here a lot? ha-ha not really...but enough to know that the team here has to make the neatest double-double with extra cheese and grilled onions. I'm not sure how they do it...but I rarely have to scrape cheese off the paper wrapper. This drive-thru also has 2 sides...oddly my husband always pulls into the passenger service window. How convenient for him. Pros: 2 drive-thru windows Cons: long lines more

Worst burgers and service ever. 12/18/2006

Just got back to East Coast from Long Beach CA. Worst burgers ever - so thin you could see through it. Great sandwich if you are vegetarian. And service? Including online and phone. Lousy. I just needed to know sizes for great souvenir tshirts. Besides X-XX-etc. Finally, after numerous calls, the final person first did not know, then she took time to find out and gave me the actual chest sizes and a website I could use. I will order but no thanks to in-store or customer service. And their solution for the skimpy burger - order double. Please. In-Out may be acclaimed because it is historical burger joint. San Gabriel Valley's Best Drive Thru Burger 11/20/2006

This location on Santa Anita has the fastest moving lines of any In+Out in the area. You can't go wrong with a Double Double Combo when you need fast food on the go. They serve walk up customers as well, and have a good amount of outdoor seating available. This place is crowded at lunchtime and dinner time, so get there early so you can avoid the long lines. In+Out has a simple menu but it's done very well. They make every order to your specification, so you don't ever get something thats been sitting under a heat lamp. You just don't get better, fresher fast food than this. If Burgers, shakes, and fries are your thing, look no farther than here. Pros: Great Fast Food Drive Thru Burgers, fries, and shakes Cons: Crowded pretty much all the time. more

Best Burger Ever 7/18/2004

I believe that there is no doubt that In-N-Out makes the very best cheese burger on the world consistently. You can quibble about the french fries but not about the cheese burger. It is perfect. Whenever I'm on the west coast, I always make it a point to go to in and out burger- they have the BEST burger I've ever tasted! The only drawback is because they are so good, everyone else wants their food too and there is always a line (maybe they should expand the place and hire more employees to keep up with the demand- but their burgers are second to none! Pros: Great burgers, Great fries, a good deal Cons: , lines!!!! hate them!! more

No matter which In-N-Out Burger location you visit they are all consistantly outstanding in every category. Of course I haven't been to all of them but the ones I have visited this has been my experience. more

I'm from the East Coast and I heard all the hype about In-N-Out. so I was skeptical. but it lived up to the hype. no doubt. I was out in Cali for 1 week in July and ate at In-N-Out Burgers at least 4 times. the burgers were fresh and awesome. fries were ok. but that doesnt matter. it's all about the Burgers. and Shakes were great too. it's hard to explain to someone what makes them that great. so I guess you'll need to try them, Pros: burgers, Milk Shakes, cheap price more

Amazing for Years 6/10/2003

I've grown up on the In-N-Out Burger and absolutely love it! Now that I've moved to Tennessee, I wish I could open up a place of my own. It'd put so many places out here out of business. Love the food and the service! Pros: Great Burgers, Good Fries, Wonderful Place Cons: Nothing comes to mind more

In-N-Out happens to have a location near LAX - How perfect, I was the envy of all on board our LA to Toronto flight, My only regret, three burgers over 6 hours was not quite enough, next time i fly with 15 and share with the rest in business class!
