It is the best fast food place. They only have burgers, fries and shakes but with how good it is who needs more. They do however have items that are not shown on the menu such as ...

Worst

In-n-out has the worst fries this side of the Mississippi. The fries are dry and have no flavor. They should make a deal with McDonald's to sell their fries with In-n-Out burgers...

the only thing that in-and-out's fries can rank is: the fishiest. the fries there are overdone at best and the taste is hardly worth paying for. more

awesome burgers and fresh fries 10/21/2002

I now live in Virginia, and my family and I wish there was a IN-N-Out Burger out here. The Double-Double is probably the best burger I have tasted. If your not used to fries that are cut from a fresh potatoe while you wait, you may not realize that fries are supposed to taste the way they do at In-N-Out. Pros: Very fresh food, cook food as ordered, Inexpensive Cons: usually crowded, you have to wait more

Best fast food in town 10/18/2002

Not only is In-N-Out good food, they're great values make them top of my list. In-N-Out is a family owned, unfranchised and Christian business. They get their beef fresh from suppliers that test for contaminants and pay their employees a decent wage with benefits. If you care about your community and would like to see small, family owned businesses instead of corporate multinationals in your neighborhood, In-N-Out is a step in the right direction. more

The food is always excellent and an awesome deal for your money, but the restauraunts are always crowded, parking is awful, and the drive-thrus (which I go to to avoid the long lines inside) always take forever to get through. I suggest bigger restauraunts with more registers. Pros: value, taste Cons: crowded, crowded, crowded more

These fries need work! 10/7/2002

I can't believe that In-N-Out fries are on the top ten list! They are so skinny and greasy....and hard! I hate when I have to grab a handful of oily fries and try to dip them in ketchup. I don't care how fresh they say the food is, they need a machine that can produce fatter fries - and put a few napkins in the fry container to catch the greasy before they serve 'em. In-N-Out Burgers--Seal Beach, CA. On a recent business trip we had the pleasure of eating at this chain. Number one--the service we had was absolutely fantastic. It looked like their system was extremely organized and worked well. One of the few non-national chains open late. Can't wait to visit again. My tastebuds are anxious for more ! In-N-Out Burgers are very popular here in Southern CA, but to me the hamburgers are dried out, the bun is greasy and the french fries are hard and tastless. I just don't see it. Burger King and McDonalds have them beat hands down. Give me a thick jucy burger any day. more

Having lived in Northern and Southern California, I have heard many knocks on In-N-Out. But let's face it - it's a great burger and fries experience. Double-Double with cheese and grilled onions...if you're complaining you're lying. Oh, and let's not forget the best shakes in town! more

This is the home of the original cheese paper burger, and sometimes cheese napkins too! You can't get a better deal for fresher food from any burger chain that exists. Double Double 'Til I Die! 10/3/2002

The true testament to the allure of In-N-Out is when one of our soldiers that were taken hostage in Bosnia was rescrued, reporters asked him what he wanted... and he said a ""Double Double"" from In-N-Out! Everytime I drive past an In-N-Out, the drive through line always extends out onto the street and halfway up the block because people LOVE the food!
