Repeat visits for the same symptoms; feel like a burden; the parts for my car are never in stock; and the price goes up at least a few...

Why is it doing what it's doing 10/19/2011

As usual, Brett and the guys took great care of me and my wife's car...They worked at troubleshooting my problem off and on all day..And my bill was much less than I thought it would be(or probably should have been) Thanks ICC, my wife can hit the interstate without worrying.. more

Pre-purchase Inspection 10/3/2011

I was very satisfied with the thorough inspection and open, honest feedback provided. The inspection and subsequent feedback, probably saved me considerable heartache in the future. I followed the recommendation of the mechanic and did not purchase that vehicle. Thanks, GF more

Very Rude and Arrogant!! 9/17/2011

I took my BMW 330I there for an alignment. They detected and issue and were correct. However, there inspections suggested I needed $3,300 worth of work, three of the things on the list OF 5 had been done 6 months prior by another shop. Went to another specialist to get inspection on what they ICC suggested I repair, they only found 1 item out of the list that the car needed. Complete rip off and will not take my other cars there. more
