My Past Experiences With Imperial Have Gone Very Well 1/16/2019

Imperial Pools Inc. is a great company to work with. I heard about them from my local pool supply company and had them come replace part of the rim around the top of my pool and it turned out really well. I had no complaints about the workers at all. They were on time, in fact they were early. They were respectful of my property and they answered the few questions I had. I found them very easy to work with. They, at times, were a little bit difficult to reach but other than that no problems whatsoever. I would tell potential customers to try them. I absolutely recommend Imperial Pools Inc.! more

They Were Great! 1/2/2019

I used Imperial Pools Inc. many times before. This last time they came out to my residence to test the flow valve and to do routine maintenance on my hot tub. Fortunately, everything turned out just fine! The technicians were very knowledgeable, as usual. They are always very professional and respectful of my home. The only thing I did not like this last time was that when I called the office to request an appointment it took about two weeks for them to call me back. Finally, they got back to me so I could set it up. This was the only time that happened. In the past, it has been no problem at all to set up appointments. I would definitely recommend using Imperial Pools Inc. though, and I would definitely use them again in the future. more

Very Good Company. 12/26/2018

Imperial Pools Inc. is the company I chose to go with when my pool store suggested we try them out. They recently installed a complete pool system for us. Everything turned out good. We were held up a bit, although not their fault because the weather was not cooperating. If you plan to use the company they are very busy, as good technicians usually are. Make sure you schedule an appointment with them far in advance. Their quality of workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend them. more

I Feel I Can Really Trust Them! 12/21/2018

Imperial Pools Inc. most recently came out to my residence to work on my inground pool. There was a leak and the technician fixed it right away. Everything turned out great. I really appreciate that they sent someone out the very same day I called about the problem. I had used them once before and feel I can really trust them in handling the work. The technicians are highly knowledgeable too. I definitely would recommend using them. more

They Do The Work Quickly! 12/12/2018

We normally do all our service through Imperial Pools Inc. We have used them many times and it has been a good experience working with them. This last project they did for us was to replace a commercial pool top. Everything turned out great. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They do the work quickly too! We highly recommend using Imperial Pools Inc. for commercial or residential jobs. more

They're efficient and do a good job. 11/28/2018

About a year ago, when our regular pool guy retired, we needed a new pool company. A co-worker recommended Imperial Pools to me. They've come out and worked on the pump for us and they do the regular opening and closing jobs. They are available once a week to do whatever needs doing. All we have to do is call. They are prompt and efficient. They come in, get the job done and leave. Imperial Pools is a little more expensive than what we were used to, but the work is done well. I recommend them. more

I Feel Really Good about the Job They Did 11/6/2018

Imperial Pools put in a new liner for us. The other one was torn and I tried putting it in myself but I was messing it up and actually ended up falling and hurting myself. So we called them and they were very professional. They gave us an estimate that we were pleased with it so we decided to go with them. They came out one Friday eve and stayed until about 10:30 PM putting the liner in. I feel really good about the job they did and I was very happy with the result. I would recommend them to anybody and already did recommend them to a friend who is putting a liner in next spring. more

Happy I contacted Imperial Pools Inc. This was my first time using them. I had a pool rehab completed by a different company about five years ago that relined it. We had some issues and I questioned the workmanship done by the other company. Imperial Pools Inc. did a great job when they came out to examine the work that the other company had done. Imperial Pools Inc. provided me with recommendations to have the pool fixed. more

Our experience with Imperial Pool was a good one and we'll have them back! 10/2/2018

We have an older style, 40-year-old in-ground pool and some of the top layer of bricks around the edge needed attention. Imperial Pools Inc. came out and reinstalled a portion of the brick trim. The job took only two days without even closing the pool. They just drained out a little water and got the job done. We plan to have them out to do the same thing to the rest of the pool edge. Imperial Pools Inc. is a little hard to reach at the office but the guy gave me his private cell phone number to get in touch. He did a good job and knew exactly what he was doing. They were on time and left the place clean. more

Above ground in the trees 9/11/2018

This was my first time using Imperial Pools Inc. I had them come out to the house, and they installed an above ground pool for me. It all turned out great. They have good customer service, and I would definitely recommend them. I had a good overall experience, but they are very, very busy so my best advice is to schedule early! more

Useful pool inspection 8/16/2018

This was my first time using Imperial Pools Inc. They did a pre-purchase inspection on a pool in a house I was trying to buy. The inspection was fine. He came through and was timely and did everything he said he would do. Afterwards, he gave me a report about the pool as far as current or possible future problems or major expenses that were coming up that I should now about. I got the report in a day or two, and it came with pictures - which I think is pretty standard. The report was very helpful when it came to making my decision about purchasing the house. more

Great service 6/6/2018

We just had Noel and his staff repair our in ground pool stairs. He explained what was needed to make the proper repair and gave us an estimate. We agreed on the work and he ordered what was need for the repair. When he had what was needed he came and repaired our stairs late in the day and evening when most people would be home from work at that time. He worked very hard and we are very pleased. more

Good Experience! 4/10/2018

I recently used the services from Imperial Pools Inc to have a pool installed at my home and was quite pleased with how well the work from them went. The people there were very friendly and professional and helped us get set up with everything we needed, once we had decided what we wanted they got the install done quickly and without any problems, the pool has been working very well since the work was completed. All in all, I am quite pleased with my experience at Imperial Pools, I would highly recommend their services! more

He is always there when he needs to be and takes care of all the business as is required. The pricing is too high, but that's par for the course nowadays.
