I used Imperial Pools Inc. many times before. This last time they came out to my residence to test the flow valve and to do routine maintenance on my hot tub. Fortunately, everything turned out just fine! The technicians were very knowledgeable, as usual. They are always very professional and respectful of my home. The only thing I did not like this last time was that when I called the office to request an appointment it took about two weeks for them to call me back. Finally, they got back to me so I could set it up. This was the only time that happened. In the past, it has been no problem at all to set up appointments. I would definitely recommend using Imperial Pools Inc. though, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
