Me and my wife were looking for true professionals and highest quality service to attend our wedding. We are very demanding and wanted to have nothing but the best in that special day, for us, family, and all the guests. We took several companies into consideration and at the end decided to go with Imperial Party Rentals. Some of our friends have actually spoke highly of their work. Three things that ultimately made our wedding an astonishing event was amazingly beautiful decoration and furniture, top notch table service, and overall organization. Just from the beginning we were clear what and how we wanted things to be. At any point of our planning we felt that we our satisfaction is of a great importance to people from IPR. I cant truly state that they are amazing guys and we are glad that they made our ceremony so unique and lovely. more

I am so happy that I hired Imperial party rentals to help set up my special day. They made it easy for me to be the bride, VS. the bridezilla. They took their time to actually listen to my concerns and reassured me that they would handle it all. And they did! The entire staff was truly a pleasure to work with, very professional and polite. These guys are very difficult to deal with. They made a mistake on my first order and sent extra tables that we did not need. When I explained to the driver\r that I did not order the tables they put me on the phone with the boss who told me that if it's on the invoice than is what was ordered. He refused to take the tables back or adjust the invoice and then threatened to take the whole order back if I did not pay.\r \r That is really not the way to run a business.\r Beware of this company. more

This place was AWESOME. I looked everywhere to find a good price with how times have been and people were charging ridiculous prices for just the TENTS ALONE. I finally found imperial party rentals and the second I got on the phone, I knew they were my party soulmates. The girl, Annemarie was very very sweet and she helped me out in every possible way that she could. I'm very pleased with their services and would definatly recommend their services to my family and friends!! (: more

We took a chance on imperial Event Rentals for our wedding not knowing anything about this company and I'm thrilled to say everything went PERFECTLY. Everything was delivered and set on time and it looked fabulous! grethel has been great and responds very quickly to emails which I think is VERY important when you're dealing with lots of vendors. I was never one to care about linen colors and what type of chairs however they make a big difference in appearance! I saw how cheap the stark white hotel chair covers made the room look (especially w/ the hideous carpeting the hotel had) I decided I at least wanted colored table linens and gold chiavari chairs. Prices were GREAT as I've never found anyone else cheaper in miami area. I highly recommend! more

This company will not let you down. There prices are awesome. They work with you to make sure you are happy with your selection. They are not all about upselling but providing you with the items you need. If you need party rentals in broward I suggest you give these guys a call. I do around 4 parties a year I will be using this company in the future. more

I was just on their website looking for a few items I needed for my daughter's upcoming birthday. The person I chatted with was completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They obviously don't give a crap about your business. I don't know how they get customers at all! All I know is that me and my money will be going someplace else. Don't use this horrible company! I asked if the person for pricing on some tent sidewalls and they told me to go look at the webpage. I did and then they gave me a different price. And were completely unhelpful. BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE. If they don't want to help me before 10AM then they shouldn't send a chat request asking to speak to me!! more

\r Such a good deal rent from them I rent tinker bell bouncer and a cotton candy for a really good price, and then the same day they deliver, the company send an extra snow cone without cost. Bouncer and machines were like new and the guy from the office was great, I will really rent from them again.\r more

highly recomendend I had a large family party at my house recently. I went to imperial party rentals because of their selection and price. I was very pleased with the service that I received. Every staff person was knowledgeable and pleasant. gerardo and grethel over there are a great management team. grethel helped me with my linens and they were beautiful. Delivery drivers had great customer service and explained how to use the equipment. Overall they are the BEST at what they do. My read on the negative review is it probably was a disgruntled former employee. I had nothing but good experience with them. Highly recommend more

stay away from this company, i spent over $1000 for them to decorate my party and on a bounce house ponys and a clown, my decorator was and hour late after my party started, i couldnt put up my own decorations because of it that i spent an extra $600 on and the ponys werent allowed in the park! when i asked for compensation the next day for them being super late, ruining my sons bday and inconveniencing my guests and the kids that were there and had to watch my party get decorated instead of have a good time, the owner was rude with me, argued that his company doesnt have to compensate me for nothing and proceeded to threaten my life and say he was going to kill me slice my sons throat and murder my whole family. and the bounce house was extremely old and dirty, the decorations were done half assed and the table cloths didnt even fit the tables, the clown was rude to my grandmother, my own son, and a few of my guests, and i regret the day i ever even dialed this places number! dont make the same mistake i did!!! ! THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO SERVE PEOPLE!! ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENURED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! more
