stay away from this company, i spent over $1000 for them to decorate my party and on a bounce house ponys and a clown, my decorator was and hour late after my party started, i couldnt put up my own decorations because of it that i spent an extra $600 on and the ponys werent allowed in the park! when i asked for compensation the next day for them being super late, ruining my sons bday and inconveniencing my guests and the kids that were there and had to watch my party get decorated instead of have a good time, the owner was rude with me, argued that his company doesnt have to compensate me for nothing and proceeded to threaten my life and say he was going to kill me slice my sons throat and murder my whole family. and the bounce house was extremely old and dirty, the decorations were done half assed and the table cloths didnt even fit the tables, the clown was rude to my grandmother, my own son, and a few of my guests, and i regret the day i ever even dialed this places number! dont make the same mistake i did!!! ! THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO SERVE PEOPLE!! ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENURED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!
