highly recomendend I had a large family party at my house recently. I went to imperial party rentals because of their selection and price. I was very pleased with the service that I received. Every staff person was knowledgeable and pleasant. gerardo and grethel over there are a great management team. grethel helped me with my linens and they were beautiful. Delivery drivers had great customer service and explained how to use the equipment. Overall they are the BEST at what they do. My read on the negative review is it probably was a disgruntled former employee. I had nothing but good experience with them. Highly recommend
