Rip off 8/25/2017

I've never heard of this clinic before , I work too many hours and the only day I can do this is Sunday, their hours are very convenient , their equipment somewhat older , the building has bad odor , the waiting time way toooooo long exactly 4 hours from start to finish to pull my wisdom tooth simply because they have one dentist on duty to treat all patients so he/she keeps running back and forth between several rooms, I hope and pray they don't cause a problem to a patient due to the shortage in dentist on duty, l normally pay attention to on how good or bad a business rated by consumers on the Internet, but I was in so much pain didn't have time to do so , 1-star staff , 1-star equipment and building, 1 star waiting time , i have insurance , I paid over $250 in co-pay over 4 visits and 3 months later I get a bill for $350 out of nowhere plus what my insurance paid , I will be contacting my attorney, if you visit this clinic after reading my experience with these clowns you deserve to get fxxxd by these crooks, the only thing they care about is how to steal your money , this clinic should get shut down by the authorities. more

Too long a wait 11/22/2014

Got here at 2:30 for a 2:50 appointment as they said to come in early for paper work - just wanted teeth cleaned. I am still waiting and it's after 6! I am going somewhere else! more

Very Pleased 1/21/2014

First off I must say its nice to have a Dentist office that is open on the weekends as well as late nights. Toothaches do not happen during regular office hours. I was very pleased with the girls up front as well as everyone in the back. I came in without an appointment and was informed from the beginning I would be looking at a wait. I was in pain so I didnt care. Its not like you go to the ER and throw a tantrum that you arent being seen immediately. Everyone is in pain so I waited my turn. Upon getting to the back though I was treated with the upmost respect. I was checked on routinely by everyone. I felt like I was truely being listened to which means a lot. Most importantly I left feeling no pain at all. Definately one of the best experiences I've had and I will definately be returning for routine care in the future. I would recommend ImmediaDent if not for the hours and availablity than for their patient care!!!! more

Never Again 2/20/2013

SLOW...The girls at the front desk were clueless, snied, and immature...I had been there earlier and had a great dentist and assistant...when I got there to my dismay found both was no longer working there...Dentist was rough...left in chair for 2 hours...no one checked on me and asked how I was...then when I left some big mouth woman was screaming at someone in her office...so unprofessional....what a joke of a dentist office.... more

Should have walked out! 12/30/2012

Went in for a routine cleaning and was there for 3 hours! They had a painful "old fashioned" method of xrays because they ran out of mouth pieces. The staff seemed openly unhappy with their hours and were obviously overworked. After 90 minutes, Dr. Hann says he "thinks" there's a "possible" cavity and should remove the old filling and replace it. He acted like I was an idiot when I asked a few questions. After 2 hours my cleaning hadn't even started. Dr. Hann did cleaning himself and did a horrible job. Might as well have not gone at all. By the end I was upset, ready to cry and shaking from pain and frustration. Really wish I had walked out before everything started. Never going back. Do not go! more

Pleased with Dentist, not so much with receptionist 6/15/2011

I took my child to Immediadent to have a loose tooth looked at, as the gum was really red around and underneath (just a mom beinf worried I guess). I arrived at 8:30pm and was out by 9:00. The dentist was great with my daughter and fixed the problem. However, I had another problem upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Even my 13 year old picked up on it. She rolled her eyes, muttered under her breath, and generally acted as though I was a bug that she longed to swat. Only after I asked her to retrieve my child so I could leave and take her to her regular dentist the next day, did she act like any other normal receptionist would. I understand that it was nearing the end of a long day, but her horrid attitude was unacceptable. We will NOT return to Immediadent unless it is a true emergency and it is the ONLY place to get treatment. more

They don't care weather your in pain or not 4/6/2009

What I've seen first hand!*Dr's in this office, don't care if your in pain or not! They refuse to give pain med's even after they have take a tooth out along with bone. * They DO NOT have enough staff working there 12hr shifts. * Staff DON'T get breaks or time for lunch, Lucky to get a bite in between there patients.* The Staff is way over worked. They have the scheduled patients that fill the day, but yet they advertise they are a walk in clinic, But those who walk in... have to wait, sometime up to 3 or more hours, because they see the ones who have an appointment first. * This office & the company don't care, if a staff member has a medical issue problem or not, They refuse to help employee's with lite duty or go from full time to part-time,even if a medical Dr. is requesting it. If your unable to work the 12hr. shift, they let you go! * Also fire you if your under Dr's orders to be off work due to a car accident for example. The concept for an emergency dental office is great, and most Er's don't know how to treat a dental problem, this office needs to hire more staff & take care of the staff they have! BUT! that isn't going to happen........ more
