First off I must say its nice to have a Dentist office that is open on the weekends as well as late nights. Toothaches do not happen during regular office hours. I was very pleased with the girls up front as well as everyone in the back. I came in without an appointment and was informed from the beginning I would be looking at a wait. I was in pain so I didnt care. Its not like you go to the ER and throw a tantrum that you arent being seen immediately. Everyone is in pain so I waited my turn. Upon getting to the back though I was treated with the upmost respect. I was checked on routinely by everyone. I felt like I was truely being listened to which means a lot. Most importantly I left feeling no pain at all. Definately one of the best experiences I've had and I will definately be returning for routine care in the future. I would recommend ImmediaDent if not for the hours and availablity than for their patient care!!!!
