I took my child to Immediadent to have a loose tooth looked at, as the gum was really red around and underneath (just a mom beinf worried I guess). I arrived at 8:30pm and was out by 9:00. The dentist was great with my daughter and fixed the problem. However, I had another problem upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Even my 13 year old picked up on it. She rolled her eyes, muttered under her breath, and generally acted as though I was a bug that she longed to swat. Only after I asked her to retrieve my child so I could leave and take her to her regular dentist the next day, did she act like any other normal receptionist would. I understand that it was nearing the end of a long day, but her horrid attitude was unacceptable. We will NOT return to Immediadent unless it is a true emergency and it is the ONLY place to get treatment.
