Review content:
Went in for a routine cleaning and was there for 3 hours! They had a painful "old fashioned" method of xrays because they ran out of mouth pieces. The staff seemed openly unhappy with their hours and were obviously overworked. After 90 minutes, Dr. Hann says he "thinks" there's a "possible" cavity and should remove the old filling and replace it. He acted like I was an idiot when I asked a few questions. After 2 hours my cleaning hadn't even started. Dr. Hann did cleaning himself and did a horrible job. Might as well have not gone at all. By the end I was upset, ready to cry and shaking from pain and frustration. Really wish I had walked out before everything started. Never going back. Do not go!
