The products are very good quality, but the wait was long to talk to someone and they were continuously interrupted by the phone. They definitely needed some additional help in the office. more

The first installer did such a poor job I could not drive home on the freeway. We did not discover this until after 5 pm so we had to pay for a motel and stay the night. There was not question from the Mgr about doing it over free. But we should not have had to stay the night. There should have been a proper driving test. more

The owner offered to refund all the money I paid. more

I took my car to inspectors to have the interior detailed. (its an older car and with 3 small children my upholstery was in terrible shape) I just finished paying off the car and wanted to spruce it up a little. I dropped off my car at 10:00 am on Friday and was told it should be ready around 1 or 2. I didnt hear anything from them till after 4. I was unable to drop everything and rush over to get my car before they closed, the man who called was not exactly professional on the phone. I agreed to pay over the phone and asked them to leave my car where I could pick it up later. They happily took my money. When I stopped by later to get my car the keys were not left where I had requested. I called and left a message on the voice mail, as they were not open till Monday, I couldnt get my car all weekend. Monday they called I made arrangements to pick up my car. when I got my car, the car was well vacuumed and armor all, but the upholstery was still stained and the car smells like old dish water. There is so much moisture left in the car that I have to scrape the inside of my windshield. I dont know the going rate for this work but for $110 I wanted more. more

In anticipation of selling my vehicle, I scheduled my vehicle to have an interior detail and since my sister borrowed my truck and smoked in it, I also ordered the fog treatment to treat the smoke smell. Since I was out of town for a few days, my friend picked up the truck and when I seen the truck a few days later I was not happy. As soon as I opened the door I could still smell smoke so the treatment was useless. Although the dash and vents were cleaned, the roof, carpets, and seats looked almost untouched, other than having been vaccumed. I had to bring the truck home and finish cleaning the interior on my own. When I dropped the truck off for servicing, I specifically asked about the roof and chairs as this was the main reason for paying for a detail. Maybe my expectations were set to high, but I paid alot of money for minimal results. I would have been better off doing this myself, or as I will do next time, try another business. Although I did not pay extra for an exterior detail, part of the package I paid for included a basic wash and rinse for the exterior. From what I seen, I'm sure glad I did not buy the exterior detail. I had to spray my truck off again as the drying cloth this business uses must be worn or cheap as there was alot of material left across the whole vehicle (looked like residue from cloth). With this said, I highly recommend another business or make sure your expectations are not as high as the price you'll pay. more

I had just come into town and was only going to be there for a few days, I needed to have a rock chip fixed and my front window re-sealed, and I had little time to wait. They were kind about the rush needed to continue on my trip especially how close it was to Christmas! I had never had window problems before and when I was outside curious of the work the gentleman came out to walk me over what they had done and the process. They really took the time for personal customer care! Thanks guys! more

Overall I'm satisfied with what they did to my car (for the price), although it was such a mess before they got it that I'm probably just ecstatic that it's clean for the first time in years. But I do have one specific suggestion: they should go over your car with you when you bring it in so that you can ask specific questions about what they're going to do and how they're going to do it, and you can ask if they will get this scratch out or that ding out, etc. I just dropped it off without a word from them and picked it up the same way. No one even went over the car with me at the beginning or the end. more

All of the individuals I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The waiting area, with the drinks, snacks and reading material, was a great place to wait while my vehicle was being serviced. The coffee was good, Thank you. more

Had the windshield and two front-side windows treated on my brand new Audi. This same service at the dealer would have cost twice as much and they couldn't have done a better job. more

Walked in to the store, it was a little junky looking with stuff on the floor. The guy behind the counter was kinda rude. I had an appointment, and they had a sign out front for a 10 coupon from the interenet. I asked if I could still get that discount, but the guy said I had to print the coupon out somewhere.( live 15 miles from the place.) I asked why it wasn't told to me you had the coupone while I was on the phone making my appointment, and of course he had no answer and wouldn't budge on the coupon. I had to drive all the way downtown to the library, log in to a computer, print it out, get back in the car with the wife and kids. Although the windshield is fine, it was quite a hassle for 10 off. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE HONORED THE COUPON AT THE COUNTER!! Oh, and when I checked my bank account, they had double charged me for my service, which was over 300 bucks! I had to wait for the other charge to be reversed. Kind of pathetic they tied my money up while I had to wait for a few days. more

The service at Inspectors was helpful, friendly, and fast, and my windows look great. I couldn't have been happier with my window-tinting experience, and best of all, their warranty is amazing and it is locally owned! more

i had my rear window replaced, the replacement window was only one of two wires connected to the rear defroster. It was quicker to fix myself as opposed to returning my car during lunch break for warranty work. Also the tint should have included a cutout for my 3rd brake light. otherwise all looks ok and tint looks great more

I would continue to go to Inspector's for purchase of vehicle accessories. more

I called five different businesses in Flagstaff for a new windshield, and with the online discount Inspector's was the cheapest (by about $12). When I originally started calling for windshield quotes many businesses were unable to accomodate my busy schedule. I began calling around 3pm on Friday and Inspector's had me by scheduled the same day at 4. I've already told others about your company's great price and I would absolutely be a returning customer for other autombile needs. Overall, Inspector's ability to have adequate accomodations and great prices are the reasons why I gave an "Excellent" rating. more

Inspector's Auto staff was very friendly. I browsed all around Flagstaff, AZ and ended up going with the locally owned company. I'm very glad I did so. Staff is very knowledgeable with current tint laws, very relaxed environment. It's been a few months and I have not experienced any problems, everything looks and was installed professionally. I recently recieved a citation in Hollbrook for a cracked windshield and was issued a repair order. After checking every place in the area, Inspector's Auto Appearance provided me with the lowest bid in town to replace it. They were very courteous and prompt and had me back on the road even before the estimated completion. As we all know in Flag, after the snow thaws we'll be dodging the cinders missed by the road sweepers. I hope I don't have to replace another windshield, but if I do, they'll be getting mine, and my family's business for sure. more
