Hi Allen, THANK YOU!...for replacing the windshield on my truck. The process of calling my insurance company and having them email you with authorization, and just scheduling an appointment with you to come to my office was very convenient and hassle-free. Dino installed the new windshield at my office and was very professional. Dino even waited patiently for my sales meeting to near an end to get a signature, and has good customer relation skills. I will recommend your company to all my friends and associates. Thanks again! more

Took vehicle back several times 8/24/2010

I had to take my vehicle back several times due to different problems. Upon my return visits the owner was very good about trying to correct the problems. He seemed very nice about making things right. My suggestion is to find installers that take pride in what they do just as the owner does. His mane is on the product and service he is providing. Could use some work 8/24/2010

The main lobby and waiting area was not like a showroom but adequately showed the items they had for sale. Some of the items were old and needed to be replaced or cleaned up and dusted. Since this was a waiting area as well there could have been more provided for the customer in the way of reading materials and water to drink. There really should be air conditioning installed too. It was very warm. The window treatments area was more appealing. RESPONSE FROM Inspector's Auto Appearance: We have recently redone our showroom and waiting area! (we agree, it needed it) Now we have a private waiting area with a viewing window to watch your vehicle being worked on, plus FREE coffee(good coffee),FREE WI-FI, plus FREE water, sodas, candy, and granola bars. We have a great variety of read materials now as well. We even have a kids table with coloring and reading books. We have brand new comfy chairs too! It's much improved. Inspector's Auto was a difficult to get a hold of. I left a message and I recieved a call back a few days later. However, I cancelled my glass appt with a competitor because Inspector's offered the lowest price in the area. They came to my house and did two windshields in about 1 hour. I was very satisfied with thier service. more

Inspector's Auto Appearance was excellent. Marty was very professional. She was our sales person, and she was always on time. The only thing that happened was that we were bumped in our scheduling. I think the technician was double booked or something, so we got bumped back a day. Everything else was fine. If anybody asked I would definitely recommend them. more

Inspector's Auto Appearance has done several residential projects for me, auto work for me, and a commercial project for me. They have been great every time. They always do exactly what they say they are going to do. If they tell me a time when they are going to be there, they will arrive at that time. more
