After reading the reviews, I was confident that Inspector's Auto was the right place to get an exterior detail and full car window tint. I made an appointment and took the car in.
So the first issue I had was the exterior detail. I felt it was very poor quality, and so I recieved a full refund. I think that was fair, though I would have much rather paid full price for a good job.
The second issue I had was the workmanship on the window tint. However, I took my car back a couple of weeks later and they replace the four windows with no charge. I would say the quality is average, though I've owned several cars that I was able to get a much better tint job on. I do think the price is a little above average, so the average quality is not really justified. Perhaps they are the best in town however, since I haven't tried any others.
