In anticipation of selling my vehicle, I scheduled my vehicle to have an interior detail and since my sister borrowed my truck and smoked in it, I also ordered the fog treatment to treat the smoke smell. Since I was out of town for a few days, my friend picked up the truck and when I seen the truck a few days later I was not happy. As soon as I opened the door I could still smell smoke so the treatment was useless. Although the dash and vents were cleaned, the roof, carpets, and seats looked almost untouched, other than having been vaccumed. I had to bring the truck home and finish cleaning the interior on my own. When I dropped the truck off for servicing, I specifically asked about the roof and chairs as this was the main reason for paying for a detail. Maybe my expectations were set to high, but I paid alot of money for minimal results. I would have been better off doing this myself, or as I will do next time, try another business. Although I did not pay extra for an exterior detail, part of the package I paid for included a basic wash and rinse for the exterior. From what I seen, I'm sure glad I did not buy the exterior detail. I had to spray my truck off again as the drying cloth this business uses must be worn or cheap as there was alot of material left across the whole vehicle (looked like residue from cloth). With this said, I highly recommend another business or make sure your expectations are not as high as the price you'll pay.
