Contacted via e-mail. Able to come out working around MY schedule (pre-work in a.m.) Quicker than promised to conclude the task, to boot.all at reasonable rate. This guys operation is slick and painless for the customer. more

I responded to a coupon from I Know A Guy Garage Doors and gave them. It was for a garage tune-up for $48. That's just what happened, and I was pleased with it! I had a problem with the door and they took care of it. The man was courteous, clean, and neat, and worked around the car in the garage. They didn't get upset about it, and went above and beyond! more

Very great communication with their customers. 4/11/2012

I sent an online request for a quote and I received a call back 5 minutes later on a Saturday night. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. They were then able to get me in on Monday. I was truly amazed by their prompt responses and it was a good experience. more

I Know A Guy was not my first choice to fix our garage door. But after being stood up multiple times by the other company, I called TJ. Within a few hours of talking to TJ, he came by and began repairing my garage door. He stopped by the next day and completed the job. TJ was friendly and easy to work with. I greatly appreciated that he came by my house after hours to begin repairing my door. I would recommend TJ and will be calling him if we have other garage door problems! more

T.J. is incredibly knowledgeable. He came out and efficiently did the maintenance on our garage door. He also went over the condition of the door and the various parts. He also made recommendations of what things we could do and what things may need to be fixed in the future. We would highly recommend! more
