We were very pleased with the quality of the product; consistent widths of wood making for an easy installation. The customer service was excellent with you taking time to lay out some boards on the floor and taking a picture since we were mixing two runs of the hickory. Also very impressed with the sample sizes we were sent. Thanks again and keep up the good work. more

Hurst Hardwoods saved my remodeling project. 4/11/2013

After shopping at several local stores and being told they could not get my flooring for 6 weeks I started looking online. I was very pleased when I found Hurst Hardwoods had the floor I really wanted. I was so skeptical after being told by my local stores that my product was not available for six weeks Im sure I made Dan crazy... I ordered my floor after making Dan take a picture and it was shipped the following day. Man, I am one happy woman. Everything was just as Dan had promised. Thank you Hurst Hardwood and I would definately recommend anyone to your store. Bye the way, the product came from Florida to New Mexico in less than one week delivered to my home. more

Better than expected! 4/8/2013

I just received some 7 inch rift and quarter sawn red oak from Hurst Hardwoods, and all I can say is WOW! The wood flooring is excellent, actually better than expected, and I expected it to be great. Dan was great to work with and very helpful in every way. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Hurst Hardwoods for all your flooring needs. more

So many people told me to be leary of ordering unfinished wood flooring online without actually seeing it. But your reviews were so good, I had to take the risk due to your highly competitive pricing and specials. I'm glad I did. The floors are beautiful and exactly what you represented. Straight, correct grain, and amount. Easy to install. Will definitely recommend Hurst Hardwoods to anyone I know looking to buy wood flooring material. Great service - excellent product 2/1/2013

Do not hesitate to order hardwood flooring from Hurst. In my case I ordered 2 and 1/4 white oak in long boards. I was then told it would be a wait for the long size order but I could get the regular assortment quicker. I was told that the regular sized order is not significantly different than the long size order. I agreed and was given a prompt refund of the difference in price. My order arrived quickly and the wood quality is excellent. more

Outstanding Prices and Service 1/23/2013

I ordered over 2,500 square feet of engineered wood floors (factory seconds) from Hurst and have been very pleased. The prices were much better than other retail or internet stores. At my request, they kept the flooring at their warehouse for a few months until we were ready for them. There was a slight problem at delivery, which Hurst took care of very quickly. Good communication throughout the process (Allyson was great). We are totally satisfied with our purchase and have already recommended them friends. more

I ordered 21 bundles of hickory then called Dan back to add one more. Only 21 came, I called Dan the added bundle was here in two days. The wood I'm very pleased with (and the price). I have more rooms to do. No reason not to have Hurst Hardwood to be my store. more

Superior service, delivery and product quality! Previously used a big box home improvement store where I paid over 50 more and waited 3 weeks for my order to come in. Hurst delivered to more door in 5 business days, very little waste and I absolute love the flooring. more

Made order, paid, and shipment came on-time and in good shape 10/11/2012

I found Hurst hardwood on the net. you really do not know if everything is going to work out and I was wondering what would go wrong with my order. I am please to say it was a good experience. I got a phone call to inform me that the quantity per box had change and did I need an extra box or was the new quantity was sufficient for my job. It was not and they sent an extra box to make up the difference, no charge. Shipment came on time and in good shape. more

ask about the cuts your receiving and the size of them. 9/4/2012

I was very pleased with the quality of the wood. It was very beautiful, but nothing like the wood shown in the picture of the add. I received little tiny boards most were only 2 feet long and only 4 boards that were 6 ft.from an order of 660 sq ft.( there should be as many long,med, and small boards in each package). It made for a very chopped up look on the floor, with no flow to it. I went to all the work of installing this with family, and did half the cottage. It would have been spectacular if there were the right sizing of boards. The service and shipping was well done and on time. more

I was recommended to call Hurst Hardwoods by a friend. I spoke Dan who was very helpful with my order from start to finish. I received floorig for my living room, which is beautiful.
