experience? * We contacted HH via the website to get a price on our 2012 CRV. WE had laready gone through both the USAA and Costco purchase programs, both of which sent us to other dealers. Rex called us back right away, walked through the available inventory and HH matched the best price we had. The purchase experience was great from start to finish and all interactios from beginning to end were satisfactory. We got exactly the car we wanted and the price and financing that were the best around. We'll be back and will send folks your way as well. more

Very unsatisfied with dealership 4/10/2012

Drove about 350 miles to find out the cr-v I was making a deal on had almost 3000 more miles on it than stated on the ad on the internet. The salesman stated that the reason for all the miles someone had been driving the vehicle home everyday. The sales manager was so unconcerned about it that he would not even come talk to us about it.They tried pressuring us in to buying the vehicle that night by saying they would not hold the vehicle till the following day. I did end up buying the cr-v But I can honestly say that these were the rudest people I have ever purchased a car from in my life and I have purchased quiet a few. Will not ever buy here again !!! more

From start to finish, a great experience! 2/15/2012

From the time we walked into Howdy Honda, I feel we were well-taken care of. Everything went quickly. I had a catalytic converter issue, and even though I was outside the realm of my warranty of mileage and years, they ended up taking very good care of me. They did a complete diagnosis of my car before starting. They had a list of things that could be fixed, and let me look over it to pick and choose what I wanted done, and what had to be done and what could be put off until later. Everybody there took very good care of me and my car. I think it was the best service I've ever had at a dealership. We've bought our Honda's from there, and I've been there for oil changes, but this was the first time I had service done, and I'd absolutely go back again and would highly recommend them to anybody shopping around. I went into Howdy Honda for a tire pressure light. What's nice about that place is that you don't have to make an appointment. They have instant service. I pulled up, a nice woman came out and took down my name and information. About 25 minutes later, everything was fixed and I was on my way. It was perfect, couldn't have been better. Very professional. more

Extremely knowledgeable about Hondas! 2/6/2012

I rated Howdy Honda so highly because of their expertise. The service manager was there and I was able to talk to him about my car. I asked him very specific questions because I was going cross-country. I really appreciated his overall knowledge about Hondas and the equipment too. I would definitely go back there. more

Poor customer service 1/11/2012

I purchased a 2011 Accord from Howdy Honda and was pleased when I was there, but recently, I had a mishap with my car. I contacted them to let them know and to see what they could do and when I could bring the car in. When I called, the man on the phone was unpleasant from the beginning. He told me that he couldn't help me unless I had purchased the car in the last 30 days. Last time I checked, the car has a 3 year warranty and since I just bought it in May, wouldn't that be less than 3 years? He then told me it would only be covered by them if I had road hazard. I asked how to find out if I did and he said, I don't know, contact your sales man. I asked him if I could bring the car in for them to look at and the guy said, I suppose, but that doesn't mean we will do anything for you. I called back again as I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. no one called me back so I took it somewhere else as my car was not safe to drive on. The following day of getting my car fixed, my car salesman called me back and he said I did things all wrong. I should have brought it there as the tires have a warranty on them. I tried to, but the service guy was mean and wouldn't help me. I LOVE Honda and used to proudly tell people where I bought my car, but am seriously second thinking buying here.msales is important, but customer service is more important. Once you get the customer, you want to keep them. I had to pay to get my car fixed because I was told one thing then I was told a different thing. In The Blink of an eye 12/14/2011

So this is what quick service is all about. i got there they jotted down some quick info and told we are full right now but will do our best, you can wait tin the waiting rooms. I headed to the waiting area which is awesome, sat down had a call last about 5 mins suddenly the rep who jotted down the info said your car is ready. We headed to the pick area took care of what i owed and i was on my way. in and out best experience ever! more

I was very impressed with how Howdy Honda doesn't try to up-sell me on things or additional work. They do the work that needs to be done at that time. I've had no problems with their service, and I like that they keep me updated on their progress. The people are friendly and honest. more

Howdy Honda is good. Everybody there is very courteous, and the facility is very comfortable, nice, and clean. The people are always willing to help you out, even if it is just to get coffee, and they answer any questions you have while you wait. They are very quick to offer any discounts that are due, they're very clear about that, and if there are service calls on the car that you may not be aware of they are very quick to tell you about them, and they take care of them quickly. For instance, I went in for a battery, and they found out there were three things that Honda had service calls for, so they fixed several things for me while I was there. It gives me peace of mind that they let me know about potential problems and that they can take care of it. more

Everybody at Howdy Honda, not just the person that helped me out directly, was personable and helpful. I had to do an update on some software for my Honda, and I chose Howdy Honda because it was closer to me. I was a little disappointed when I was looking for a car for a trade-in but their service department is excellent! more

Howdy Honda is really awesome! Everyone there is very courteous and there's always enough people to help you. The facilities are really clean and they offer refreshments while you wait. Worth the drive! 10/20/2011

I made the drive down from the Copperas Cove/Killeen area to make my first purchase back in 2003 and have never looked back. Not only did I get a great deal but I was also treated to genuine customer service, backed by the best service department I've ever experienced. An outstanding experience awaits all who go to Howdy! It's well worth the drive to Howdy (over an hour away) each time I need service. They also have been unbelievably fast in their express service for quick oil changes if I was passing through town. By the time we use the restroom, grab a complimentary beverage, and check the traffic it's already time to pull the kids off the big screen kid's movie that's playing and hit the road again. And for the more in-depth services a free shuttle or loaner car have always saved the day! After 3 car purchases and multiple referrals of family and friends, we're about to make our 4th purchase from Howdy Honda as our family grows. I value the relationships we've made over the last 8 years with everyone from our salesperson to our service adviser to the techs working on my vehicles. I can't say enough about the total Howdy Honda experience. You have more than earned my business for life. more

Very quick, reasonable, and fair--especially important for me as a mom! 10/4/2011

I just have a repeated experience with Howdy Honda in terms of routine repairs. They're quick, reasonable, and very fair, especially the service in the express department. One time I had work done in the main service area and they got my car back to me faster than expected. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime. I have four children so it was very important that I got the car earlier than planned. It was easier than it could have been! I know it sounds kind of silly, but for moms, my kids look forward to going to Howdy Honda because there's a little play area with movies and drinks. It's kind of fun with loopy chairs. It's kind of a treat. I've been a customer with Howdy Honda for four years! more

Our experience with Howdy Honda was good. They fixed the computer in my husband's hybrid car. It ended up taking longer than we thought. Howdy Honda offered us a loaner car, which was a brand new Civic, but it took them almost a week. I wish they offered the loaner car sooner. I had gotten my first car from Howdy Honda. They're good and have a brand new building. The people are nice and professional. more

Never any surprises! 9/29/2011

I've been going to Howdy Honda for about four years now. Every time has been a positive experience for me. I usually take my Honda in for the customary required maintenance work. It's easy to make appointments. They tell you everything that needs to be done and why, there are never any surprises! This is a great company, who treats all their customers like they are very special! Recently, I went to start my car and it was acting really sluggish. Instead of going to work, I drove straight to Howdy Honda. They took me right in. The service rep narrowed what it could be down for me. She told me they would run a diagnostic test, but that it was probably the battery. She arranged everything! No sooner had I sat down and started reading the newspaper, then they had figured it out and fixed the problem! I turned out to be the battery, and because it still had a little bit of life in it, they prorated the cost for me and changed it out. They got me back on the road in no time at all. I was only ten minutes late for work! The turnaround time is incredible. more

Premium service at a reasonable price! 8/19/2011

I was looking around for trucks and decided to choose Howdy Honda because they had the best deal. I've been using Howdy Honda since 2008. I own two high-end cars. I've had "premium" cars before but the quality of service at Howdy Honda is better than any premium brand I have ever owned. They're just fast, efficient, and polite. They get you and get you out, and go the extra mile for you. When I take my son, they make sure he's entertained. Things are just fast! You just pull in, and everything Howdy Honda does is like clockwork. Howdy Honda has really good customer service efficiency and they get it down the first time. The prices are also very good. It's like premium service at a reasonable price. I'm most impressed with the courtesy of the overall staff at Howdy Honda, the quality of the service, and maintenance facilities. more

I believe I found out about Howdy Honda through an advertisement and I bought three cars from them in March. I took one in for service and they did a great job.
