We are very happy with how well Jesse took care of us! He treated us like a VIP client and was sensitive to our unique situation of Darrick and I having to share my CR-V as it is our only working vehicle. We really appreciated him making sure that we had a way to get to work while y'all had our car and how he kept us informed as to the status of the work being done. I wish the problem with the car could have been recreated so we could know for sure that it was fixed but it is running better after the tune up and it hasn't stranded us again in this horrible heat so hopefully the problem is fixed. If not,you know we will be back! more

As you know I am a return loyal customer who believes that Honda knows best when it comes to service or maintenance on my 2009 Honda CR-V. Today was no exception. As usual, the Express Guys took control of the situation and had me in and out in no time. After discussing the suggested ?wrench? maintenance, it was determined that because of the high mileage placed on the vehicle and my relatively short time since I had been in last, a more economical service was outlined. more

Howdy Honda called to set up the appointment with me, then reconfirmed the day prior and when I arrived Nik was waiting for me. He gave me great service, remembered which car I was interested in and took whatever time was necessary to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. He was just great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would suggest to anyone that they should talk to Nic Popov if they want the ultimate Howdy Honda experience. more

As in the past... I was extremely satisfied with the A/C work that you (and your service staff) were able to perform (while I waited) on my 2007 Odyssey. Not only was it covered by the extended warranty I had purchased... but, because of some prior service performed on my A/C...I was able to drive out without owing anything at all. When all is said and done... You, and your staff (including my first dealings with Mr. Tim Nagel) continue to amaze me with your attention to detail...and...the ""personal"" touch you ALL seem to exhibit to your customers. more
