I've been going to Howdy Honda for about four years now. Every time has been a positive experience for me. I usually take my Honda in for the customary required maintenance work. It's easy to make appointments. They tell you everything that needs to be done and why, there are never any surprises! This is a great company, who treats all their customers like they are very special!
Recently, I went to start my car and it was acting really sluggish. Instead of going to work, I drove straight to Howdy Honda. They took me right in. The service rep narrowed what it could be down for me. She told me they would run a diagnostic test, but that it was probably the battery. She arranged everything! No sooner had I sat down and started reading the newspaper, then they had figured it out and fixed the problem! I turned out to be the battery, and because it still had a little bit of life in it, they prorated the cost for me and changed it out. They got me back on the road in no time at all. I was only ten minutes late for work! The turnaround time is incredible.
