I wanted to get my hair chopped off but was too afraid to let just any hair stylist go crazy on hair that I had been growing out for three years. I wanted something trendy, fresh and fun. So I asked a friend who has an adorable cut to tell me who her stylist is. It turned out be Judy Mullen. On my first visit she listened very closely to what I wanted my cut to look like. Judy could tell I was nervous about going short after having long hair for so many years. I couldn't decide on how short it should be, so Judy scooped up my hair and said, ""I think it should be this short"", as she snipped it off in one quick motion. When she finished my cut, I was a totally different person! It was exactly what I had in mind! I have had the greatest lift from my ""new look"" and I have also gotten many, many nice compliments on it. My husband even loves it!!! Judy's the best - what more can I say! Pros: Judy listens, give you styling tips, and really cares! Cons: Not one!!! more

Judy has a nice home town shop in the middle of town with lots of parking underneath the southern oaks trees. you can sit and enjoy a nice cool drinking, knowing that you are in good hands for Judy is very up dated styliest and has a natural gift. I can say that I always enjoy my visit with her and I walk out looking great. more

I'm not even sure that Secretmoll was even at The Hair Bar!! There has got to be another Judy somewhere in Savannah because the Judy I know is simply awesome. I have been coming to Judy for 9 years. I drive 60 miles round trip to her every other week. She is very friendly. She listens and makes suggestions but she would NEVER do something that I didn't want her to. She is very accomodating and does her best to make you happy. And, Secretmoll, if you weren't happy, the best thing to do would have been to let her know and let her try and fix it and not give a negative review. Pros: She'll do her best to accomodate your schedule - even last minute changes! Cons: She won't come to my house and be my personal stylist no matter how much I beg!!!! more

I've been coming to Judy for about 10 years. I was one of those people who thought why would anybody go to a 'HAIR SALON' once a week. BOY, I KNOW NOW WHY This is the only thing besides making whoopie that I look forward too All I have to do is sit there and Judy does the rest. From the top of my head to the tip of my toes!!! Judy stays up with all the latest styles and trends. I was an at home hair color junky, I wanted to look like a real blonde. Thanks to Judy it does look natural. Needless to say when I started wth Judy from my head to toes, I was a hair styles worst nightmare. Now thanks to Judy I have nice fingers, toes and the hair that I wanted. I've been going to Judy for manicures & pedicures for years and years! She's the only person I will let do my nails because she is a perfectionist and she takes pride in what she does. Judy will keep up with the latest and greatest products for you to have the best manicures and pedicures. She also does great massage therapy to your fingers and toes as an added benefit! Judy is the BEST hair stylist in Savannah!! For years I was very unhappy with the color of my hair and trying to cover the gray was real important to me. The first time I went to Judy she foiled my hair with 4 different colors, platinum and 3 shades of blonde. Now EVERYONE comments on my hair and they can't believe it is not my natural color! I was a sun in user! I thought I loved it. As you can guess I said I thought I loved it. My hair was blonde and long. After a time with sun in it started falling out! One day I was in line at Walmart when Judy walked up to me and said who messed up your hair. I said I did it and didnt know how to fix it. From that time on Judy is the only person to do my hair. We had to cut it short and I dont like short hair. I dont know how she did it but it looked good. After about 1 year my hair looks great. You can't tell how bad it was. I'm still blonde and now I have long hair again. I love my hair and its all because of Judy. Thank you so much for helping me and making my hair look great. Judy Mullen gave me the best hair cut and color I have ever had. I live in a small rown and can never get my hair to look good. I always have a problem . The color is never right (always too yellow) and I always get the same boring haircut. I came to Savannah to visit and decided to get my hair done. I found Judy through city search and boy was I lucky. She made suggestions for my color and one was to get rid of the gold. I LOVE my hair since she did it. Too bad I can't take her with me!!! But she did write down what she did for me to take back to my haistylist. I just hope he can do half the job Judy did. And the haircut is great. She was very professional and friendly. I started getting my hair cut by Judy about 10 years ago. She always gets me in at the last minute and does the best hair cut I have ever had. Not to mention a great scalp massage and shampoo. Judy is absolutely wonderful. She has been doing my hair and nails for about 12 years. She always has new ideas for my hair. It never gets old. I have been a red head and a blonde and everything in between and it is always beautiful. It stays healthy and always looks natural. My latest cut and color is the Paris Hilton look. I love it and so does evryone that sees it. She has kept it straight and she has permed it and I always love what Judy does. She can look at aa picture and copy the look.
