Judy Mullen gave me the best hair cut and color I have ever had. I live in a small rown and can never get my hair to look good. I always have a problem . The color is never right (always too yellow) and I always get the same boring haircut. I came to Savannah to visit and decided to get my hair done. I found Judy through city search and boy was I lucky. She made suggestions for my color and one was to get rid of the gold. I LOVE my hair since she did it. Too bad I can't take her with me!!! But she did write down what she did for me to take back to my haistylist. I just hope he can do half the job Judy did. And the haircut is great. She was very professional and friendly.
Pros: EVERYTHING, GREAT JOB, KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING
